Dear Families

                At the end of April we will begin talking about the Annual Catholic Appeal and our support of the Archdiocese of Seattle and its many ministries. Last year all four of our parishes reached our goal and went over. Therefore some funds have come back to us as a rebate. We had set the rebate money aside to work on signage for the parishes. After we set that as our project, we found out about the new initiative of “Partners in the Gospel.” Part of the plan for “Partners” is that eventually (in 2027 or so) we will all become one parish with a new name. Therefore, we have chosen not to spend too much money on new signs for the parishes as the names may change. We will be putting the money aside to combine with this year’s projects. We still plan to work on beautifying our parishes and our entryways in particular. Please know how grateful we are for your on-going support of the Archdiocese and each of our parish communities. We will follow up with you about next year’s goals after Easter.

Queridas familias

                A fines de abril comenzaremos a hablar sobre la Campaña Católica Anual y nuestro apoyo a la Arquidiócesis de Seattle y sus muchos ministerios. El año pasado nuestras cuatro parroquias alcanzaron nuestra meta y la superaron. Por lo tanto, algunos fondos han regresado a nosotros como un reembolso. Habíamos reservado el dinero del reembolso para trabajar en la señalización de las parroquias. Después de establecer eso como nuestro proyecto, nos enteramos de la nueva iniciativa de “Compañeros en el Evangelio”. Parte del plan para “ Compañeros ” es que eventualmente (en 2027 más o menos) todos nos convertiremos en una parroquia con un nuevo nombre. Por lo tanto, hemos optado por no gastar demasiado dinero en nuevos letreros para las parroquias ya que los nombres pueden cambiar. Reservaremos el dinero para combinarlo con los proyectos de este año. Todavía planeamos trabajar en embellecer nuestras parroquias y nuestras entradas en particular. Sepa cuán agradecidos estamos por su continuo apoyo a la Arquidiócesis y a cada una de nuestras comunidades parroquiales. Seguiremos con usted sobre las metas del próximo año después de Pascua.

Vào cuối tháng Tư này, Giáo Xứ  sẽ bắt đầu nói về lời kêu gọi mọi thành phần giáo hữu đóng góp vào chương trình Công giáo hàng năm để sự hỗ trợ của chúng ta đối với Tổng Giáo phận Seattle và nhiều thừa tác vụ trong chương trình này. Năm ngoái, tất cả bốn giáo xứ của chúng ta đã đạt được mục tiêu đưa ra và cũng như vượt qua sự dự đoán. Do đó, số quỹ đóng dư thì chúng ta sẽ có một khoản để đóng vào quỹ bão trì. Chúng ta để dành tiền số tiền này sang một bên để làm việc vào các biển báo cho các giáo xứ. Đó là những dự án để chúng ta đặt ra mục tiêu cho giáo xứ, và giáo xứ chúng ta cũng đang tìm hiểu về chương trình "Các đối tác trong Tin mừng". Đây là một phần của kế hoạch cho "Chương Trình Đối tác" có thể vào năm 2027 hoặc có thể sau năm 2027, và tất cả giáo xứ của chúng ta sẽ trở thành một giáo xứ với một tên gọi mới. Chúng ta hãy vui lòng chung tay vào công việc từ thiện đóng góp làm thế nào đó để hỗ trợ liên tục của mỗi gia đình chúng ta đối với Tổng Giáo phận và mỗi cộng đồng giáo xứ của chúng ta. Chúng ta sẽ đưa ra mục tiêu vào năm tới sau ngày Lễ Phục Sinh để mỗi giáo xứ chung tay.
