Music Ministry

Liturgy Choir Ensembles

Choir members sing and provide musical support to the congregation. Members sing during each weekend liturgy and other special occassion liturgies. Practices are held every Thursday night from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at St. Paul Church.

Instrumentalists provide additional musical enhancement to the liturgy music. Instrumentalists must be at least in the intermediate skill level. Some level of sight-reading is very helpful.

The Psalmist is responsible for singing the Psalm during liturgical celebrations. Psalmists do not have be choir members to participate in this ministry, however, they must have experience singing and is willing to put in time for a few rehearsals prior to singing at the liturgy.

Twice a year all widows of St. Paul Parish are invited ( in the bulletin) to join in a Christmas brunch and July picinic.

This group supplies food ( sandwiches and/or meatloaf) for a monthly meal at the St. Martin de Porres shelter. Each month and announcement in the bulletin will made requesting donations for sandwiches and meatloaves.

The pro-life group works to foster recognition of the sanctity of all human life, financially supports pregnancy aid agencies and the Seattle Human Life Chapter. Monies are earned through paper and aluminum can drives. More assistance is needed for the aluminum can drives held in September, February and June.
